so good it may not even be legal!

“deliciousness” does not JUST HAPPEN!
may we introduce SUENOS Chocolate
we are delighted to be selling suenos chocolates this holiday season – the suenos bars are a result of artisanal makers, brilliant farmers + environmentalists, the beauty + appreciation of natural habitats…and one person’s vision – the one who ‘put it all together’ – “Dr Chocolate”, Lori Shapiro.
the small batch vegan dark chocolate is made exclusively with single origin heirloom ‘nacional’ cacao imported directly from independent farmers in northwest ecuador. heirloon cacao varieties are old, pre-industrial varieties that were (and still are) bred over millenia for flavor + aroma quality, not for yield – this makes the product incomparably richer.

learn more about heirloom cacao, the UNESCO Choco Andino Biosphere Reserve, the Puerto Quito farmers cooperative, the commitment to excellence…and of course, Suenos Chocolate
JOIN US @ Artefact Belmont on Saturday, December 9th to purchase Suenos Chocolate Bars (and many other wonderful things:)) – it’s going to be a very special day!

more than before – mushrooms
it is eminently clear that “mushrooms are the new cauliflower” (and more!). it seems that every 2 years restaurants + recipes latch on to a “new” vegetable…we’ve done the brocolli, brussels and most recently cauliflower….but now, vavavoom – MUSHROOMS!

more than before mushrooms started less than 2 years ago and has already expanded! the focus is growing organic culinary + medicinal mushrooms, making them available at farmers’ markets + restaurants (and on Sat., Dec 9th – at Artefact Belmont).

matter + his mushrooms from more than before will be at our Holiday Designer/Maker/Grower/Collector show on Sat., 12/9. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to listen, learn + purchase some fresh, high quality mushrooms. Maureen + Sue will be sharing some of our favorite mushroom recipes + we will be serving an adaptogenic mushroom tea throughout the day (along with bubbly)!
